Moringa Tea

Have you heard of a tree whose parts are helpful in curing various issues of health and helps to keep us health? We'll it is no other than the moringa plant.

Different parts of a moringa plant can be used to prepare different dishes. The leaves can be used for tea and stews. I am more interested in the tea aspect.

Moringa helps with so many things like:

* weight loss
* provides energy
* helps with digestion
* provides nourishment

So to make moringa tea one would need the following-

- handful of moringa leaves
- a cup of steaming water
- sugar or honey

PREPARATION

1. Put moringa leaves into a kettle, pour hot water on it
2. Cover and leave for 5-10mins
3. Sieve into a cup
4. Serve hot

THINGS ABOUT ME

So here goes...

 1) Despite the fact that I love my clothes, I am not attached to anything in my wardrobe. It’s just Fashion... Nothing serious.

2) I am the master multi-tasker. Not easy I must say, but I juggle them well. :

3) my best fashion experience is going through my husbands wardrobe for t-shirts.

4) My Fashion Heroes are ................... Myself.  I want to be like me when I grow up! (giggling)

Some other questions:

*Favorite Colour:-
I don't have a favorite colour. Any colour, bright and cheerful pops my socks.
*Favorite dessert:- hmmmm.....everything sweet
*Biggest Pet Peeve:- people telling me what to wear and how to wear my clothes! If I wanted to dress uniform-like... I would have joined the military.
*Favorite Pet:I have had several pets! and i love cats the most.
*Biggest fear:- falling in front of a crowd
*Best Feature:my teeth.
*Everyday Attitude:- Life is short. Making the best outta it, one hour at a time.
*what is perfection?:-
 Going on a vacation to a beautiful island with my family. listening to my dad crack his old jokes, my siblings harassing each other and my son laughing his heart out. *sighs*
*Guilty Pleasure:-
  watching movies while stuffing my mouth with chocolate cake and ice-cream or cookies and juice.!

My very good friend

Bernice,
I just wanted to write you and tell you that I am so glad that you and I became friends. I haven’t ever had a friend that I could tell ANYTHING and not be judged about it. You are my sister, maybe not by blood. You love me for me, and I love you for you.
You are truly a great friend.
Thanks for the the support you've given me, whether it’s telling me how good of a mom I am or telling me how cute the things I make are or how funny/silly I am.
Thanks for all the great memories, long talks, job search and laughs. Thanks for being there through my ups and downs. Thanks for being a great friend, thanks for being true, and thanks for being YOU.
 Thanks for being my very good friend…

I miss my phone...... :-(

I miss my phone!!!!!

We’ve been apart for six days and it feels like the road has come to an end. I can’t play ice age village, send funny messages on bbm or update Facebook status.
I just can’t cope not being able to send images of my delicious meals to dear friends like OB and Ayo. (Giggling)
My phone was like my best friend; it reads all my emails, looks at my pictures and knows my passwords. I don’t think I can start a new life with another phone…or can i?

But until I fix you (Blackberry z10), I’ll miss you. xxx

Letter to my dearest loving husband

Dear Patrick,
I wanted to write this letter to let you know that I am thinking about you and that I love you so much. I know we have our differences and we were made into two different people, but I believe we were made us just for each other. I appreciate all that you have done for me and all that you continue to do to show your love for me. Thank You!
You make me smile when I don’t feel like smiling; you make me happy when I am sad and you bring joy and peace into my everyday worries. For that, I am so blessed to have you as my spouse and I am thankful for you every day.
I often ask the question, “Can I really be this blessed to have you in my life?” My answer is always a resounding yes because how can I complain about someone as wonderful as you are. You were wonderful enough for me to marry you, so I know that what made you so special back then is still shining bright in you.
On this day, I wanted to thank you for loving me, thank you for putting up with me, thank you for being patient with me, thank you for making me smile, thank you for serving me and most of all, thank you for being the wonderful person and a great father to our son, that I have come to love so much.
Please forgive me if I have ever done or said anything to hurt you, because I want us walk this journey together in love and a renewed commitment to each other.
I hope our marriage will forever be blessed not just as a marriage, but as a “holy matrimony.” My sincere prayer is that we can continue to walk this journey side-by-side and day-by-day loving each other, until “death parts us.”
Love Always,
Natasha
